Welcome, beautiful soul!

I’m Lia – a neurodivergent counsellor, writer, and educator.
I provide affordable trauma-informed, online neurodivergent counselling for individuals over 35 years of age who identify with
AuDHD, Autism, ADHD, or PTSD.
Assisting neurodivergent adults in enhancing their self-esteem, building healthier relationships, and effectively navigating their lives leads to improved overall happiness and success.
As a late-diagnosed female with Autism and ADHD, I’m driven by supporting people who are neurodivergent to embrace their unique wiring, heal old wounds, and rewrite their stories. I work most often with Millennial and Gen X women.
Through my writing, content, and counselling practice, I share strategies, hard-won insights, and plenty of humour to help people find relief, self-acceptance, and empowerment. I believe personal growth isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about returning to who you’ve always been, learning to love and accept yourself, and knowing how to manage your actions to achieve the results you desire. This is what neurodivergent counselling is about.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and am a fully accredited Spiritual Counsellor, Relationship Coach, and Neurodiversity Expert, with over 28 years of experience supporting individuals with AuDHD, Autism, ADHD, and PTSD.

What I’m talking about is Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and all other neurological differences from what is considered typical. This viewpoint isn’t about religion… Read More »A Spiritual Perspective of Neurodivergence
- Four Theories for the Existence of AutismI’ve lost count of how many times I’ve heard people confidently explain what they think causes autism. It’s rarely a gentle suggestion; most people present their theory like it’s an unshakable fact, as if they’ve personally cracked the code. What’s interesting is that many of their theories contradict each other. Over the years, I’ve come… Read More »Four Theories for the Existence of Autism
