Welcome, beautiful & unique soul!

I’m Lia – a neurodivergent counsellor, writer, and educator

I provide affordable, trauma-informed, online counselling for individuals who identify with
Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, or PTSD.
I help neurodivergent adults increase their self-esteem, build healthier relationships, and navigate their lives more effectively.

As a late-diagnosed female with Autism and ADHD, I’m driven by supporting neurodivergent individuals to reconnect with themselves, embrace their different wiring, and live a life they are proud of.

Through my writing, content, and counselling practice, I share strategies, hard-won insights, and plenty of humour to help others find relief, self-acceptance, and empowerment. I believe personal growth isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about returning to who you’ve always been, learning to love and accept yourself, and knowing how to manage your behaviour to achieve the results you desire.
This is what neurodivergent counselling is about.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree. I am a fully accredited Relationship Coach, Spiritual Counsellor, and Neurodiversity Expert, with over 28 years of experience supporting people with Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and PTSD.

My specialties are…
