Online Support Groups

Online support groups offer a safe and welcoming space for people to connect and discuss important topics. These groups are designed for learning, sharing experiences, setting goals, and supporting each other in a positive environment.

Support groups are a cost-effective option compared to individual sessions, making them an affordable choice if you’re on a budget. By joining a group, you’ll realize you’re not alone in facing challenges. You’ll connect with others who have similar experiences, which can help you understand your situation better and discover new solutions.

Typically, online support groups consist of 5 to 15 people and are led by a coach. They cover many topics, such as self-esteem, relationships, parenting, managing challenging neurodivergent traits, and more. These groups provide an excellent opportunity to meet new people from different places, including different countries and time zones, who are dealing with similar life challenges. This can lead to meaningful connections and new friendships.

One of the key benefits of online support groups is the chance to learn from others. This “collective wisdom” is just as valuable as the guidance from the life coach. Many participants find that in a group setting, they feel less pressure than in one-on-one counseling, allowing them more time to reflect and absorb insights.

Even if you’re someone who’s shy or finds it hard to speak up in private conversations, you may find comfort in an online group. There’s no pressure to speak unless you’re ready. You can choose how much you want to participate—some people prefer to just listen, and that’s completely okay.

If you do choose to share, you can build strong, trusting relationships with others in the group. Since everyone is in a similar situation, it’s easier to open up and feel supported.

Throughout the sessions, you’ll be encouraged to support others. Working together toward shared goals can help you notice when you’re falling behind and motivate you to stay on track. Hearing others talk about similar challenges can be reassuring and uplifting if you’re struggling.

At Happy Soul Path, our online support groups offer a supportive space for like-minded people to connect, have fun, learn, and grow.

How Much Does It Cost to Participate?

The cost for a series of four 90-minute support group sessions is $140. Most groups meet at the same time each week for four consecutive weeks.

How Do I Pay?

When you sign up, you will pay online through our Booking page. Sign-ups close 48 hours before the first session.

Can I Leave My Camera Off?

Your camera must be on during the session for privacy and safety reasons. This helps ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. If you refuse to turn your camera on, you will be removed from the session and may not be allowed to join future groups.

Do I Have to Speak?

You are never required to speak. If you prefer to just listen, you can do so as long as your camera is on and your face is visible. No sessions will be recorded, and anyone caught recording will be removed from the group. Participants need to be 18 or older, as some discussions may include adult topics. Please do not share the Zoom link with anyone else. Attendance is taken at each session, and only registered and paid participants will be allowed to stay.

What Is the Cancellation Policy?

Please note; once you have booked yourself for a support group series, it is your responsibility to show up on time and for the duration of the series. If you’re late, it’s still better for you to attend for whatever time is left. There are no reimbursements for any days that you miss. However, if you book yourself for a support group series and discover that you will not be available for all of the sessions, then you will be entitled to a refund in Happy Soul Path dollars, which you can then use to book yourself for another support group series or use for individual counseling.
